Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your account within 2-15 minutes during business hours. Deposits made outside WIB business hours may take longer. ug800 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000,000 for e-wallets. Bets are settled based on official results published by governing sports bodies. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time (unless otherwise stated in specific sports rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned. For live betting, we reserve the right to suspend markets and void bets if significant delays or technical issues affect price accuracy.

All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealers audited by independent testing laboratories. You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification). If your account is terminated for breach of terms, ug800 reserves the right to retain any remaining balance as compensation for damages. If termination is not due to breach, your verified balance will be returned minus any outstanding fees or charges.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and the laws of Curacao, where ug800 holds its operating license. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Curacao courts for resolution of disputes that cannot be settled through mediation.
